Abstract

This study aimed to try to identify the nature of the relationship and the impact between e-government on foreign direct investment in Algeria, after we found that many literary and theoretical studies support and prove the direct and intermediate relationship of egovernment on foreign direct investment and that it is a contributor to attracting this type of investment.
Exactly, one of the most important results of this research, especially the practical side, was that there is a statistically significant effect of e-government on foreign direct investment in Algeria; Specifically, when the country's ranking according to the United Nations index increases by one unit, foreign direct investment flows will increase by 2.196 units.
Based on the results of this study, one of the most important recommendations that we recommend is to pay more attention to the electronic form of Algerian government transactions in order to attract foreign direct investment.
