Abstract

The small and medium enterprises have great economic and social importance due to their great potential for economic growth and the provision of jobs and jobs to a large number of citizens. This is in order to expand the activity of these institutions in all projects despite the efforts exerted by the Algerian state to develop this sector in order to enable it. In addition to the political will established by the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Traditional Industries in July 1993. The Algerian State implemented two programs, the first being the cooperation of the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, The second is a national program overseen by the above-mentioned ministry. However, this sector is still fragile and subject to many pressures that continue to hinder its development, which reduces its effectiveness due to several problems and difficulties experienced by this sector.
