Abstract

This study aims to highlight the reality of fossil energies as the most important sources of energy supply in Algeria, and the extent of these sources contribute to the Algerian energy balance, although these energies are one of the causes of environmental problems and economic crises energy, Algeria is planning a gradual replacement of fossil energies through renewable energy sources, especially solar energy. Solar energy, and its development, is one of the most important concerns of energy policies in Algeria, among the goals set by the Algerian government. This requires the establishment of policies to develop and develop mechanisms for the exploitation of this source, and this is achieved of course by fully convinced of the need to exploit this source, rather than fossil energy sources, and thus solar energy has become a necessity of contemporary development, as it has become a prerequisite Of sustainable development conditions.
